VIXTORM® is a brand involving craftsmen and designers from many countries around the world. The items you order will be sent from our warehouse, or directly by producers from all over the world. Therefore, if you have a multi-piece order, you may receive packages sent from different places, but you only need to pay the freight once.

Since most of our products are handmade, we cannot provide return services at this time. If you find that the size of the item you purchased is not suitable, we will provide you with a replacement service. We will send the replacement item within 7 days after receiving the returned item. If the item you need to replace does not have another size, we will be happy to replace other styles for you. Earrings cannot be returned or replaced.

Regarding the replacement, please note:
The request for replacement needs to inform us within 7 days after receiving the item, and provide the order # of purchase. The item should remain intact, unworn, and will not affect resale. At the same time, you need to bear the two-way freight caused by the replacement.

The price of the product does not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost will be displayed when you submit the order. We are not responsible for any tariffs, loss and theft caused by the product mailing process.
